I bought it after a painful saga with installing a cheap Chinese head unit on Android. At least the dimensions of this HU are good, it fits well in a small space and works great with the Metra mounting bezel. I had a terrible generator hum and tried my best to ground and isolate it. Finally I found a good resistor type noise filter and connected it directly to the fan ground screw on the back of the W4660. This finally fixed it. This device communicates somewhat slowly with Bluetooth. This required the phone to be connected to do anything other than play the radio. Even NAV doesn't work without your phone and your phone's data. That meant I had to upgrade to an unlimited data plan, so using this main device would cost me at least $240 more per year. Even cheap 200-euro Android devices can work independently of GPS and music with local storage. It's ridiculous that a $600 mainframe from a leading company can't do what a $40 Fire tablet can.
