Make sure you push the shelves onto the corner posts until you hear a pop!
I really like these shelves. I noticed that several people here have complained that these shelves are at different heights. One thing I found is that you really need to make sure the shelves FULLY fall onto the corner posts. Basically, until you hear something like a bang. I thought the shelves were at the bottom but they weren't. When I went back and fixed it both sets were the same height. Just keep an eye on it when you collect them.
