Order two sizes up for men
Originally ordered size 12M but had to return and order size 14W. Now they fit. I'm glad the return was free. Very nice and comfortable slippers straight out of the box. My only wish is for the heel to be half an inch higher to keep it in place, but I'm sure I'll get used to it quickly.
