Everything about this locket is of excellent quality. My rating is for the locket with two photos if the company will verify and protect the photos. The product is perfectly executed, the image quality is clear, and the locket appearance is beautiful. The glossy engraved back was a great addition to my memorabilia. The set includes a cleaning cloth and a pick to help brittle nails open the locket. It wasn't difficult for me to open, but I have pretty strong nails. One day I will come back here, maybe next Christmas again to order 4 photos for myself or a gift for moms. Processing time from date of order to delivery to California was 9 business days, totaling 13 days including weekends. Ordered December 27th, arrived January 9th. It was very easy to upload and adjust the position of my photos. I chose the setup on the Anaconda website and followed the instructions. I used photos that I have saved on my phone, but I tried to use photos of photos that would probably turn out well too. It was very easy to add my photos, but I'm also familiar with uploading pictures. If you can add photos or create collages on Instagram or Facebook, you shouldn't have any problems with this service. And I STRONGLY recommend paying extra and asking them to post a photo rather than trying to do it yourself. The quality is too good to pass up. The only flaw I see, and it's minor, is that it's black and doesn't glow on the inside of the locket where the loop is and also where the latch closes. I've tried polishing it but it won't come off. The chain seems strong enough, but I will most likely replace it with a stronger one that I already have. I wouldn't want to miss this wonderful souvenir!
