Incomplete set sent…twice
I received the first set of hand pressers and found that one of the three pressers was missing. Additionally, one of the ends on one of the two pressers that did arrive was broken.I arranged to return the first set and have a replacement set sent. When the second set arrived it was also missing a presser.Both have been returned.

- The hand pressers may not be strong enough to fit certain watch parts, leading to multiple attempts and frustration during the repair process
