Seems to be a wonderful buy.

Not completely sure how accurate this is, because I have not tested the accuracy yet. I bought it to take blood pressures on my husband as he has been having episodes. I am a nurse. I tested it on myself, and it seemed a little bit higher than my usual blood pressure, but I had no way to compare it. I will try to check my blood pressure next time I am at Walmart just to be sure. Otherwise It tightened well and I was able to get my blood pressure quite easily. My arm is very thin, so that may also be why it was a little high.
