Review on OMS Office Master System by Eddie Timbeross

Simple OMS has streamlined our inventory management in many ways. One benefit is the ability to enter new products into our warehouse database. This gives us greater control over inventories than the old method using Excel spreadsheets. Another benefit is the ability to manage order fulfillment efficiently with shipping labels being printed automatically and stored in the system. With the ease of creating shipment notifications by customer/ship to date, we now can easily generate invoices and reports. In the past we had to manually create and input these documents. Simple OMS has made tracking of shipments simple and has eliminated errors. Our customers also like its simplicity and efficiency when adding a new supplier. Overall, Simple OMS gave us much improved control of inventory levels and efficiencies in our operations.

This product works well for me and I love the fact that it's easy to understand why something happens within the application and also makes it easier for me to ask questions to the customer support team when needed. Some things I don't like about it is sometimes the user interface needs improvement since it takes a little bit of training to become familiar with before using it frequently.



Simple, easy to understand and use - just love it. Its also very good looking and user friendly as well. Their customer support is excellent and prompt in response.
