The case was very solid and corresponded well to the product description. Attempting to install the case was excruciating and left a few sore fingers, but proved how strong the case was. The only problem is that the bottom half of the case limits how wide you can open your MacBook. This is quite a problem as in lecture halls without tables I need full freedom of movement for my laptop to see the current lecture and take notes at the same time. If it were on the table it wouldn't be an issue, but I know this issue is mostly down to personal preference. Overall 3/5 stars personally. Lots of potential for a do-it-yourself movement problem, but I'm not ready to take advantage of it.
