User friendliness. It's basically plug and play. It's quick and easy to play and you won't miss a beat. Image quality isn't perfect and customization options are limited. The HDR option is terrible and doesn't look like what HDR should look like. Everything turned orange and there was no way to calibrate it and it removes all image calibration options. The sound is surprisingly decent. It's not as loud as speakers or a TV, but it's not quiet either. I was impressed with the sound as I didn't expect it to perform as well as it did before.
