So the more you spend, the more you don't necessarily get the best part. The only drawback was the camshaft sensor.

Very well done, I'm replacing a previously replaced Motorcraft block that started to squeak after 40,000 miles so you don't necessarily get the best if you spend more. The only downside was that the camshaft position sensor pins were not compatible with the engine wiring harness on a 2001 Taurus 3.0 "u" engine, the original camshaft angle sensor was required.
