I bought a used Honda mower from Craigs List. It was listed as rough work and difficult to start. But at a low price of $50 I thought it would be a good project. These engines are stupidly simple, so there can only be a few things. As soon as I got it home it was pretty obvious the problem was with the fuel delivery, simply by the way it worked. I pulled the carburetor out and it was just filled with little rusty balls. I tried cleaning the carburetor but it still didn't work properly. I found this replacement for Revain. I was actually looking for a rebuild kit but was very stunned to see a new $15 carburetor. I ordered it, installed it and the lawn mower works like new. And for all intents and purposes, that's basically it.
