This is a very good item if you're not into manual labor. I work for a landscaping company and my pants got ripped out of a hole in my pocket 15 minutes into the job. Now the whole leg is torn from top to bottom. The cuff at the bottom and the elastic at the top are the only things that hold the pants together. On the other hand, the coat is holding up quite well. It's made of a much better material than pants. All this to say that this is not a bad product. Even with a huge hole in my pants, I was able to stay practically dry in the pouring rain.
