Does it for a fraction of the cost.
I had three of these glands. The first was the battery, which was only enough for 3 uses. Died after 2 years. Cost $$$. Then I bought a plug and 1/2 of the bristles are heated and 1/2 are just hard pins. worked fine but the pins were starting to break. maybe heat fatigue? When he only had heated pins, it burned me too much. cost $$. Not this on a much better design. No broken pins. There are no batteries and they are very cheap to buy. Love it. Cost only $
