The team at dagmar have been incredibly helpful throughout our entire partnership with them! They are highly professional yet personable which makes working together seamless even though we're located across 2 countries (Australia & Canada). I appreciate their attention to detail - they do not miss any mark when providing us marketing advice or recommendations for changes in strategy/processes etc.. Nothing really as such; however communication could be improved upon sometimes especially if issues arise during implementation of process change e.g., software updates where some users may struggle adjusting quickly enough leading to errors being made / confusion within processes causing delays in delivery timeframes. Strong focus on delivering customer service experience above all else means nothing goes unacknowledged by me personally so this has led to continuous improvement over many years now!!
