When we were looking for good beach shoes for babies, we read a lot of reviews on the Internet. Lots of cheap deals on Amazon but after reading the reviews many parents wrote that the cheaper brands were causing their kids to get big blisters and break within a few socks! Oh! So we decided to buy a more expensive and reputable brand - SPEEDO. These speedo shoes were awesome and perfect for hawaii - they were good for walking in the pool as well as playing in the sand and sea. Please note that they are a bit big. My child usually wears a size 6 but she felt comfortable in a size 4/5. These shoes should fit snugly to keep them from slipping in the sea - they also stretch slightly when worn in the water. We had no issues with blisters, broken outsoles, or shoe slippage. They have been a great support for our little one and we highly recommend these shoes. We also liked that the top has a Velcro opening that allows for a tighter fit if needed. Will buy her again in the future once she outgrows this pair!
