Hello friends, definitely buy the dress if you're considering it. I am a full figure girl, a true 18/20, 2X, loyal shopper of Torrid and Lane Bryant. I often have a hard time finding things on amazon that are actually true plus sizes. I recently went to a wedding, I needed a last minute dress, I also wanted to try something a little different than the typical dress I tend to purchase. I originally wanted the black one, but I couldn't get it in time so I chose the wine red. The material is great, it looks much more expensive than it is. The flower hem is well done and the open cut on the sleeve is placed well and doesn't cause any weird folds of exposure of your entire arm, nor did it catch on anything, like my jewelry. I typically wear an 18/20, 2X sometimes a 1X, depends on the fit., I am a true hourglass shape with DDD bra. I ordered a 3x just to be on the safe side but I could have ordered my true size. The dress worked, even though it was a little large but the cut doesn't make it look like a tent. I suggest you buy your actual size. Also the dress is a tad short. I am about 5'4", and the dress was right above my knee. I wore a pair of mid thigh chaffing shorts just incase. All in all the dress looked great, was lots of fun to wear, I got lots of compliments and it was a true plus size win.
