Good uniform lighting - lighting and studio
Easy to use. Just plug it in and push a button. It provides a particularly pleasant light when you are on the phone at work at home. The clamp is a nice touch, but I chose to use it on the tripod that came with it. When I'm not using it for video, I aim it at the wall to illuminate my office with soft, diffused light.
