Due to the pandemic and home schooling I bought these for my 9 year old to wear in front of the screen long time. Before wearing them, he had trouble sleeping at night as well as fatigue/eye strain. The glasses come with a map, blue light and a cleaning cloth. If you check the light on the map, it blocks the light. I'm not sure if this is a trick or not, but they seem to work. He wears them every day when he looks at something that glows blue. We have noticed that his sleep is better now and he has no trouble falling asleep. He needed a pair with nose pads to wear comfortably all day. There is also a soft silicone pad on the back of the hand. This part is worn over the ears, which increases comfort. I've bought several pairs and he likes these the best. I even bought my 11 year old pair.
