Purchased this to wear to a breast cancer awareness event honoring us survivor girls! The skirt was the hit! It fits true to size (elastic waist). There are lots of layers and a lining. The skirt is packaged inside out so don’t be alarmed. I’m thinking of grabbing another color.
- I used this as part of my Halloween costume as Mother Nature. Exactly as pictured and described.
