good but could be better

I shouldn't mention problems with purchase or shipping, but if I could I would tell a story. In any case, having bought and returned various bags like this, I suppose it would be a disappointment, but surprisingly, it met most of my needs. Cons - The lining (doesn't "stretch") is plastic as advertised, but I doubt it's waterproof. The inner liner is like cardboard so if I fill it with water and it leaks it could get ruined, not to mention the outer liner isn't 60D and looks that strong - there's no padding either so I don't use that in any way like a cooler. It comes with this piece of plastic that I think could be used as a lid or as a support for the bottom. As said, it doesn't have any padding so it's not very useful as a cooler. what i like about it It's about the size that I can put things on the floor and then cover them with a garbage bag full of junk I don't have. I don't want anyone to see what you look like when you walk past my truck. No, not grass, but something like my power plant. Right now I have a little cardboard box downstairs that I can put things in but still use as junk. - I like that the strap is at the back. Some of these manufacturers put the strap on the front, which just seems silly. - the lid has velcro that goes right through the front - the mesh pockets are big enough for my large water bottles - the front pocket is big enough for spare bin liners However, I don't understand why all of these pockets don't come with a top strap or with an adjustable one Strap supplied that can be used to carry the bag. Holding on to the back strap, you need to remember that the front part leans forward. I had a spare strap to attach to the sides so it's not a problem for me personally.
