Compact when deflated, quick to inflate and comfortable. The narrow neck meets the needs of better ergonomics, I can tilt my head without twisting my neck. The upper side support holds my head well and makes me feel like I won't move. The felt is very comfortable and doesn't have a strong odor from the bag, it should have a clean smell the first time you wash it. The strap is velcro only, my first thought is that I would have preferred a zip/drawstring as is common with most other pillows. This should be enough, however, as the neck supports tend to "pinch" naturally when tilted towards the pillow. The hoodie is not an added value for me, however it is the same material as the pillow, good quality. I see a lot of people wear hoodies when they travel, so it's just personal preference. The eye mask is great as are the earbuds, nice bonuses. The eye mask in particular is of good quality for a bonus item.
