After the first wash, the hair never returned to the body wave. If I bend the rod and make curls on it, it lasts all day. but you need to moisturize the hair to keep it looking its best. You get what you pay for. It doesn't matter if you are looking for cheap sets for just a few weeks for a trip or just something sweet for a small price. I would recommend this hair.
