Serves its purpose
I bought this rack to hang up my macrame projects while I work on them. Assembly was easy, it's solid for what I use it for but I can't tell you how much weight you can put on it as my projects aren't very heavy and I don't use it for clothing. My only issue is raising and lowering the height of the top bar. Either I haven't figured it out yet or you need two people to do this as there are two buttons to press on each side, but I still need one hand to get the bar in the right position at the same time, that's why I have it removes two stars for "Manoeuvrability" and one star altogether. Many of us live alone so I think this is important to mention.
