Super sweet! - Blankets & Sets

I've been using a comforter or comforter for YEARS because it's so easy to wash and is a must for me because I can't stand fresh sheets. This is my first "edition" in about 15 years and it's a size up (to a king and comforter size) and I'm pleasantly surprised. I could wash my quirky top load (it doesn't have a stir stick) and people have said it's hard to dry because it's pretty fluffy. 2 cycles with dry towels thrown in and they still weren't dry. but dry enough to lay on the bed and let air dry. Glad I got it, sheds a little at first but I think it will settle down after a few more washes. I actually saw the same blanket pop up in store for me to check out and it was on sale for $350-$175 so I think I got a good deal. still more than I normally spend on a bedspread. As for the heat. like i said i usually use a bedspread or matelesse and they aren't warmer than them but they are a lot fluffier in comparison.

Pros
  • The damask chenille design beautifully accents the front of the white 100% cotton duvet, while coordinating slips complete the top of the bed for a stunning combination of shabby chic and traditional style.
Cons
  • Problems
