Madison Park Tufted Chenille Comforter Review

This set is very pretty, but here are a few things to know before you buy. First, if you get hot at night, this duvet is not for you. It doesn't breathe at all and it's not easy. Second, it's not soft, so if you're looking for a cozy blanket, then it probably isn't for you either. Finally, the included decorative pillow fell apart within a week of purchase. 100% cotton outer, soft and airy. And this white is so crispy! The design is cool. The weight is as expected with down. I usually use goose down, which has great load capacity. The apparent difference between this alternative down and real down doesn't bother me at all because I love how it looks and brightens up a room that unfortunately has very dark carpets (and because of all the previously mentioned benefits :). I've been using a comforter or comforter for YEARS because it's so easy to wash and is a must for me because I can't stand fresh sheets. This is my first "edition" in about 15 years and it's a size up (to a king and comforter size) and I'm pleasantly surprised.
