Just great. I got this for Christmas to use for mental notes and general voice recording. It looks overwhelming at first glance, the buttons might be hard to figure out for some, but I think the navigation is relatively easy for most people. The sound quality is excellent, nothing short of what you would expect from Sony. I also bought this device with the DragonBar software which has voice recognition capabilities. This is incredibly useful for getting your thoughts down on paper without having to press a single key. I would highly recommend this product and PS as I use voice recorder and speech recognition.
