I have had excellent service from this organisation, they are always so quick to respond with any queries that we may come up against and it's great when you receive an email within minutes of posting your query! Nothing really in particular - just as good customer care across all areas which can be hard at times if not getting back straight away or having some delays during busy periods for example. We use Feefo because their system is easy enough for our customers who do not speak English very well (or even at all) but still want us to provide them with quality services such as translation/interpretation etc.. As long as there isn't too much work involved then everything goes smoothly. They also send out newsletters every now again giving more information about what other companies offer in terms of translations / interpretation. It helps build relationships between clients & translators alike.
