I bought this mount for my kitchen to use with my 19" Vizio TV. Installation was easy, but once the TV was in place and the tilt was adjusted, the position would not stay upright no matter how tight the adjustment was. Also, the app had to extend the TV for use and put it back on the wall. Freeing Up Counter Space Each time they are extended and then returned, the arm adjustments would loosen, allowing the articulated arms to "dangle". I contacted the company to make sure I bought the right model for my TV, which they confirmed to me. designed; Incline adjustments require more aggressive gripping material rather than ribbed rubber cups, and articulating arms require nylon bushings that hold the adjustments in place but allow the articulating arms to move.
