Review on Egon by Marc Cahoon

This is a great piece of software and the company has a very good reputation. It has excellent customer service (they are quick to respond) and their documentation is quite thorough. Their price point is reasonable (especially compared to other vendors). Unfortunately, the current version of the software does not have all of the features required by our organization. Specifically, the current version of Egon does not have a way to identify duplicate addresses in our database, and it does not allow us to sort/group our addresses. As well, it does not give us any ability to perform mass address corrections (e.g., if we have a large number of records with the same street address). Additionally, Egon cannot accept file uploads from us, nor can we upload our own data files.
