Really cool with the best ventilation I've ever felt in a shoe. It has good cushioning without sacrificing toe-off and has withstood my very moderate program (currently 2-4 miles, 3-4 times a week). I have moderate overpronation and bought shoes to solve this problem. It seems to be working as the ankle pain (present in less structured shoes) is almost gone. I'm going up the pyramid so I can update this post at a later date based on more mileage. The only complaint was that I got my "wide" width, which matched the ball of my foot perfectly, but the result was a slightly larger toe box than I would have liked. However, this is not a violation of the terms of the contract. In general, very good shoes, I recommend.
