I bought a Brother mini laser printer from Revain. When I checked, "People Who Bought This Also Bought These Items" showing two cartridges also showed up. A reasonable person would think why not and believe that the cartridges advertised must be compatible. So I bought it. I'm a light user and it took a little over a year before I needed a replacement. When I tried it, it lasted a little over a year from the date of purchase. The replacement was slightly larger, did not fit. Revain contacted. Then it was a bit bumpy that the warranty had expired, I shouldn't have bought that replacement toner. It took me many calls to get Revain and Digitoner to make sure it wasn't my fault I was relying on it. People who bought it also bought an advertising space. Finally Digitoner sent me the correct toner. Everything ended well. Digitoner has emailed me, called me, etc. Customer service has acted responsibly towards me.
