I've used this brand before and they always get the job done. I've seen a number of reviews that suggest adhesion isn't very good. Luckily I still had a few felt pads that I bought many years ago. These old pads have proven themselves over the years without any problems. In fact, they are difficult to remove. I have to use a knife to scrape/cut them off. I compared the new felt pads to the old ones and they look almost the same. There is a felt part, a thin foam part and an adhesive part. I've only had the new ones on 6 chairs for a week so don't have much experience with these new ones but so far so good. One thing should be noted. I know a little about adhesives. Some adhesives need to be cured to create a strong bond. So it's possible that some people really have trouble with pads for the first few days. If you are gentler for the first few days, you may get better results. If I see any problems in a month I will provide an update. Also note that I placed the new felt on top of the old glue, foam, and leftover felt. As I mentioned above I try to scrape/cut off the old pads but mostly I end up with foam and a very thin layer of old felt. And I put a new gasket on it. Seems to be holding up well. But if I have any problems I'll check in a month. If there is no update then we had no problem on 6 chairs (24 cushions).
