High End Gear fits hydration packs

Possibly the best daypack I've seen. The materials are top notch. The construction, fit and finish is top notch here. Zippers, fasteners, seams - everything seems to be done right. This is a durable backpack, and at 2 pounds dry weight, it's also a bit heavy. It takes ounces to hit all those muscles. Here are some other things I really like: The hydration bladder is on the bottom so it's balanced. It was taller in my old backpack and felt heavy at the top. It has a pocket that unfolds from the bottom and hooks from the top, which can increase your loading capacity by an additional 30% if needed. The drinking tube is held in place with durable magnets. Easy to get drunk, just remove the whistle and it stays in place. Great idea! The pockets are full of small compartments and organizers to keep things tidy. There's even a handy pocket on the leash for commonly used items like a harmonica or a pound of jelly beans. The instructions say about a bike tool organizer and a helmet hook, so I understand this was made with mountain bikes or cross country bikes in mind. As a cyclist I appreciate that, but this backpack is also perfect for everyday hiking. The straps and back panel are ventilated to keep your skin breathable and dry, and the backpack has a rain cover that you can unfold to keep it safe. dry if necessary. The raincoat is bright yellow with reflective stripes so you can use it even when driving or hiking in low visibility conditions. It's definitely worth it if you want to buy something well made once rather than buying something distinctive multiple times and replacing it when it breaks or wears out.
