The product itself is fantastic, it has helped us automate various processes within our company. Its easy to use and allows you to get things done fast. Our business has grown tremendously since implementing the software. One thing they could improve upon is allowing users to submit tickets from an external source such as email or phone call instead of having them type into a form when submitting issues. Having this option would allow more companies to take advantage of the program.
