The cable works great, the software is easy to install. The hard drive will redirect you to a web page to download the software and if you have Windows 7, click on the main website on this page and return to the download page to ensure you download the Windows 7 version. The disk sent me to the Windows XP version and it didn't install until I got the right file. Once I did that, it installed quickly and easily. Now I just plug in my calculator and drag the program onto the connect icon and it does everything for me. By the way, I have Windows 7 64-bit, so it works with both 64-bit and 32-bit.
