I had terrible back problems and had to be able to transition from standing to sitting while working. My office had a version of this desk installed that is very easy to use, so we gave it a try for our home office. Both my husband and I love it! It can be moved up and down very easily, is infinitely adjustable and quiet. (We tried VARIDESK - Height Adjustable Standing Desk - Pro Plus 36 first based on reviews. But I found one of them hurt to put my back on it. This design is so much better. Glad we switched .)
