Okay, if you have any questions: Bedding

An old aunt almost got a hernia putting this cover on her new full mattress. I ended up having to stand the mattress on end, throw a bag of fabric over it, throw it all back on the bed, and straighten the corners in the right places. (I assumed, correctly, that the zipper comes from the bottom, and it would be nice if the manufacturer mentioned this under the advertising nonsense on the packaging.) After an hour and two ibuprofen the deed was done. The fabric is comfortable - hasn't been tested for stain resistance, but it doesn't get hot or tear. I have doubts about dust mite and bed bug claims. A long zipper has small holes at the ends like any other zipper and I suspect an insect or tick could crawl through them. But I don't have any such problems, so it's not a problem. My main issue is the size of the thing. It is clearly designed for the extra-thick orthopedic mattresses that are so popular. Aunt has a traditional and very comfortable 9 inch mattress so the cover floats on it. I solved this problem with a set of safety pins at the bottom, but it would be much better if the case actually fitted.
