First off, we LOVE the look of these chairs! As long as you follow the instructions the assembly process will go smoothly, the chairs look amazing and go really well with the mid-century dining table we have. The chairs (we ordered 2 pairs) were packaged very well and unassembled. The only thing we have is that the ends of the chair legs are nailed on and one of the chairs has scratched our hardwood floor (see photo). That wouldn't stop us from buying chairs from this manufacturer, but we wanted buyers to be aware that you may need to remove the leg tips and replace them with non-abrasive alternatives. We took out all the tops of the legs and replaced them with felt pads to protect the floor. Overall nice lines and comfortable to wear.
