I like it! better support for legs and feet
Love these compression knee pads. None of the stores in my area carry the small size so this was perfect. I used it for a little knee compression while running. It was just the right amount. This gave me a little more mobility but held my knee in place while it fully healed. I use it for hiking and for comfortable sleeping. The packaging says "soft" support.
