My eyesight remained stable at -7.00 diopters while my focal range gradually decreased. to read. Other cheap options only had options up to -6.00 and weren't strong enough and of poor quality. The -6.50 diopter glasses I got were just the right prescription for reading and were the best quality among the budget options. I have just ordered another pair of -6.50 and a pair of -7.00 for my reading and emergency spare glove department in case my prescription glasses break.
