I like that this product allows you not only manage device connections but also remotely monitor connected things in real time as well from any computer or mobile phone! It's really helpful if there are multiple people working with different projects, each having their own set up requirements so they can all be synced at once without issues.

That said it has been an issue getting them to support our particular software version upgrades over other products we could find out there which did work better overall. For example updating firmware versions would cause problems using some older ones while others had no compatibility troubles when doing same thing - this was very frustrating since every day wasted meant losing money/productivity because my team members were trying to stay ahead of schedule instead of staying productive by actually making progress towards completing tasks on assigned items. We now use iBASIS globally across teams and departments within organizations instead of relying solely upon VPNs connecting remote users directly into network locations where equipment resides.
