I've been lifting weights and drinking whey protein for a long time. If there was such a thing as a whey connoisseur, a sort of Anthony Bourdain in the whey field, I would be better suited for the position. That being said, I've tried pretty much every commercial whey protein available to humans, and there was one thing I didn't like too much: why is there so much junk along with the sweet whey my body craves ? From artificial sweeteners to soy, pathetic added vitamins and sometimes all sorts of unnecessary fairy dust. So the easiest solution is to just switch to raw food, right? Yes, you're smart, but finding a truly raw product without soy lectin is quite a challenge, but finding a product that doesn't cause vomiting is truly a Herculean task. Others may advertise the superiority of the ingredients I am writing about here today to let you know that this product tastes very good. Like milk vanilla when mixed well and truly an ingredient. Whey is part of a healthy life and a brighter future where you reach your full potential, but it should no longer contain artificial sugar or soy. Drop it, buy it, and make a better world.
