Forget about ordering this baby crib. When I opened the box (which looked like it had been opened and resealed) I knew I would never put anything back in the box once all the items were unpacked. I stayed optimistic because I had collected these things many times. THAT WAS THE EXCEPTION. When it came to connecting 1/2 to another 1/2 the instructions and diagrams were TERRIBLE. The middle bar is used to support and connect the two halves. I called the company on a Saturday before noon and indeed, they are not working. I tried to stay resolute and continued reading the instructions 4 times. In the last step, I circled the steps that were obviously wrong and didn't match the shapes. At one point the instructions are referred to as "self-tapping screws". I'm a female and don't have the upper body strength to turn and turn the screw at the same time, even though the instructions were clear. I'm willing to grab this pup and ship him to China on a slow boat. Engineers are unlikely to design, draw, or configure these products. I'm pretty sure it was a 2 year old who had to take a nap in a crib before starting his day's project. I am extremely disappointed. Buyer Warning!
