I purchased a Samsung A51 on December 30, 2022. The device's screen eventually quit functioning. The display remained dark despite receiving all calls and notifications. The error was found on the evening of January 17, 2022. The gadget was handled carefully and in accordance with Samsung's guidelines. The gadget was delivered to the ASC for warranty service on January 18, 2022. When the screen's frame was examined under a microscope, a chip was discovered. Without further investigation or determining the cause of the phone's malfunction, I was refused warranty repair due to the chip alone. I asked to thoroughly examine the phone and determine what caused this chip to appear, but I was denied because the chip may have been present from the moment the phone's bumper was attached and there are no visible defects to the case or screen. 12.02 I made the decision to stand up to the Sangmsung firm against all currents. I gave the phone to a third party for analysis, and today they found a manufacturing flaw. Next week, I'll file a lawsuit; we'll see what they say.
