This is a quality product in every way. First, the monitor treats my 43-inch LG monitor like a boss. The hand is very stiff but still light enough to manipulate. I don't have to tilt my neck up to see the top of the screen. The packaging is well thought out, everything is clearly labeled and included for assembly. To mount the Vesa, you need a Phillips or slotted screwdriver. The only problem I had was mounting the monitor on a bracket, which is almost impossible because you blind it. Instead, I mounted the top mount to the Vesa mount, then took the monitor and top mount and connected them to the bottom mount. It was a little unwieldy due to the size of my monitor, but it's very easy to do yourself. I wish it was listed as an option in the manual. If ergonomics are important to you, this is an easy buy.
