Review on Waterproof Bench Seat Cover for Dogs 🐶 and Pets - Fits Cars - PetSafe Happy Ride by Lizeth Tucker

I bought this hammock car seat cover in the fall of 2017. It's Fall 2020 and it's practically falling apart. I loved the hammock style that my dog could sit in the back seat (and stash things in the rear seat wheel wells under the cover). However, as you can see in this photo, the waterproof backing has peeled off and is worn out. It started about a year later. The seat in my car is covered with loose flakes and is no longer waterproof. My dog has pretty low energy levels so I'm surprised she's wearing off so much. I can't imagine how short the lifespan of a higher energy dog using it would be. I've had other car seat covers that lasted over 7 years (even one from the same brand) so I'm really surprised they've deteriorated so quickly. Maybe for the price I should just buy another one and replace it again if it breaks. Just wanted to make other users aware of this. I really like this type of seat covers.
