I received this product on the 12th June. Note that this paragraph only applies to the cleavage pad. I have followed the instructions. clean skin, no lotions. Used it on the night of June 14th. It was NOT uncomfortable to wear. The first time I used it, I fell asleep with no problems. I saw real results the next day, June 15th! The results were amazing! The wrinkles weren't that deep. My skin has become softer and smoother. On the chest there was an imprint in the form of a silicone pad. He is gone. The second night (June 15), the next morning, June 16, my skin was wrinkle-free, very smooth but slightly pink, and there was also a small pillow mark. But it goes away. On the third night (June 16) and the next morning, June 17, the entire area covered by the pad was red. No bumps, no rash, no itching, no burning, no wrinkles, just redness. My skin was still soft and smooth. A very small amount of glue came off and stuck to my skin. I didn't use it that night. I decided to use it every other night. If I use it every other night I have had NO redness. So, after 6 uses (June 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd) and two cleanings, the glue still works. I cleaned the sticky side by running it under gently running warm water. I did NOT use soap. I flushed the sticky side every 3 uses. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! IT WORKS OUT ! I started using the neck pillow on June 24th. Like the chest pillow, it really works. It's embarrassing to wear something around your neck. It took time to get used to. Believe me, it wasn't instant. The collar seemed too long to me. it's enough under my ears. Also, the piece of plastic used to store the neck pad is barely wide enough or long enough! It has been cut to fit the neck pad perfectly. no extra length or width. This makes it DIFFICULT to put the pad back on the plastic for storage. The plastic bib storage piece has an extra length and width that makes it easy to place the bib on top of the plastic. The BEST WAY is to place the bib and bib on a plastic sheet for storage. Place the patch sticky side up on a flat surface. Take a sheet of plastic, hold it over the pad, move it around until you see it can completely cover the pad. Then carefully place the plastic wrap on the pillow. The plastic film is transparent so you can see through the correct position. A NOTICE. I tried laying the plastic wrap on a flat surface and then placing the silicone pad on top of the plastic wrap. This is too difficult as your fingers are constantly touching the adhesive side of the silicone pad.
