I have never bothered with dimmer bulbs, I am completely satisfied 6 months after purchase. **** These are MR16 GU5.3 low voltage bulbs. They work great with a low voltage landscape transformer. If you have two prong GU5.3 extension cords you can install them on almost any device. I've also replaced the landscape lights with MR16s with great success. The warm 3k light signature matches perfectly even if you don't replace all the bulbs in a row.
