Love it! for food storage
I love avocados - we eat them all the time. They are difficult to store because the flesh turns brown after cutting. I currently wrap the avocado tightly in plastic wrap to squeeze out any air pockets, then store in a plastic bag. If I don't finish it within a few days, the flesh will turn very brown and unsightly. I stumbled upon this avocado keeper by accident. Having used Joie products before I thought I would give it a try and am so happy I did. I put half an avocado in a seeded container and after a few days the avocado flesh was still green! Hallelujah! I found my solution!
