🥑 MSC International Joie Fresh Stretch Avocado Pod, LFGB Approved, One Size, Green Review

I previously bought one of these screensavers and it was great - it lasted for several months. I ordered the one in the photo on October 21st. It's now October 31st and it's torn in two ways that I find unacceptable. I am returning hoping to have a decent product shipped back to me.

Suitable for a small avocado. It doesn't make it fresher, I had it at night and in the morning it looks the same as the other container, it turned brown. It's just a cute item to put an avocado in. I returned and they took some commissions as the amount refunded did not match the amount purchased.

These two bulbs were purchased on the same day. I immediately used half of it for the recipe and put the other half in this onion. I left the other one untouched in a bag the store had put away. The box I kept in the fridge has one of those blue apple pies that keeps veggies fresher longer. Today I used an onion (although I forgot about it after a few weeks) and the one Jolie has is in perfect shape and untouched is super moldy! I buy more for me and my family!

It actually doesn't work any better than other methods I've tried since my avocado is still brown. Also doesn't work at all for 1/4 piece. I went back to my method of using a tiny container in which I place a sliced avocado and fill it with water to cover the exposed flesh, which works great but can result in the avocado becoming a little soft becomes if not used quickly enough. . I love avocados - we eat them all the time. They are difficult to store because the flesh turns brown after cutting. I currently wrap the avocado tightly in plastic wrap to squeeze out any air pockets, then store in a plastic bag. If I don't finish it within a few days, the flesh will turn very brown and unsightly. so far it seems stronger than the one I bought at the kitchen utensil store which ripped. I'm not sure how well the elastic silicone part will hold up over time, but the rest seems solid to me. Also, it looks like it will hold larger avocados than the other one it replaces because it stretches to fit the shape. One day I even used it for half a tomato.
